Would Rigo always get outclassed at the ATG level?

Reading this makes me wish Loma had knocked Rigo out.

I said before the fight that Rigo is overrated.

Rigo never threw enough punches to give us an indication of his fitness levels. And I must say that the footwork was a wipeout in favor of Lomachenko. Clearly the more skilled fighter with the feet that night.

He already did. I guess you're meaning a KO instead of TKO?

Rigo would’ve embarrassed Barrera and Pac at 122 or less.

Too bad that there is not a single shred of reason to believe that. Pac and Barrera are much bigger men than Donaire. Much better fighters p4p. The only fighter that Rigo has fought on the level of Barrera and Pac was Lomachenko. And he was so thoroughly beaten that he quit with all his faculties in order.

Because he was skinny? Because he made his professional debut 13 years ago at 19 years old?

Could you explain me how a guy taller than me, heavier than me, with longer arms than me... is a smaller man than me? Not when we were born. NOW. Please.

Rigo's stance was too wide and he placed too much of his weight on the back foot. So he couldn't move, he was forced to bend at the waist and that's when Loma started landing on him.

Rigo had an X-ray which I believed showed no structural damage to the hand. He had a bruised hand which coming from Rigo's camp makes the claim seem dubious anyways. As it's been established that his word holds no honor or worth anymore. And let's assume that he did have a hand contusion on his hand. I've had them too in amateur fights. I fought right threw it with ease, there is no broken bone therefore no problem. You are so hopped up on adrenaline and fight or flight response that a bruise doesn't even cross your mind. Imagine a professional fight you have so much adrenaline it's hard to feel if your entire damn leg is blown off let alone a little bruised hand. Somebody is trying to physically destroy you, a bruised hand is the last thing on your mind.

Skinnier men are often times smaller men.

Untill they go to gym (that place were people lift weights), train in a different way, eat different things, got older....
If on fight night fighter A is taller than B, outweights B, has longer reach than B, etc... then fighter A is not smaller than fighter B on that night (not ten years ago).

Donaire was better than 122 Pac. Barrera struggled with a southpaw (Pac) and a skilled boxer (Jones).

Rigo fights nothing like Jones or Pac did. I'd pick 2001 Barrera to beat Jones too. That said Rigo has never proven he can hang with anybody even close to ATG level. When he did fight at the ATG level he was so thoroughly and comprehensively defeated.

Pacquiao from the Lucero fight just ****ing annihilates Donaire. He beats Donaire's ass much, much worse than Rigo did.

Why didn't he? You all claim Rigondeaux has no chin, yet Lomachenko landed several flush power shots, and Rigondeaux didn't go anywhere.

There was a photo post fight from Top Rank's house photographer in the ring, that clearly showed Rigondeaux's hand was injured. You couldn't discern between different knuckles, because that area of the hand was swollen into one big mass. X-Rays don't need to show a break for there to be an injury to soft tissue, tendons, cartilage or whatever. You claiming you had contusions in amateur fights has no bearing on another man's injury. Nobody knows what he felt besides him. Your attempt at equivalency doesn't even make sense, as plenty of guys come up lame in pro sports without there being a break, even with their adrenaline pumping.
