Sergio actually manhandles Chavez jr. and tops it off with a stoppage?

Maravilla is undoubtedly the true champion at 160 and is on a streak. Then an "if" scenario of trashing Chavez which is the biggest fight and challenge (both literally and figuratively) of his career.

Or is he still behind Pac and May regardless of what happens?

No, But I will tell you what IF/When Sergio get's pounded out by Chavez.
I'd bet "Maravilla" Vanishes from the top 10. (Top 5 for sure)

That is what I also see, however that's a story for another day (plus the question where does Chavez fit in the P4P ranking)

The ring is already losing Edith credibility with Floyd and Pacquiao there

The only way this question is relevant is if Dawson beats Ward. If Ward stops Dawson the week before, the question is already answered. Ward will certainly pass Sergio Martinez on the P4P list. (The question becomes whether Ward will tie, or even jump, Pacquiao/Mayweather at the top.)

Whether that happens or not, Sergio will still stay stuck at #4 if he beats Chavez Jr., in any case that Ward beats Dawson.
