We all know Roach is a hell of a trainer, but he's also a great matchmaker. If Margo looked real good (Williams, Cintron) would Freddie still have wanted the fight for PAC.
Margarito didn't deserve the opportunity in the 1st place but now that the fight will happen I'm kind of excited. I got the feeling Pacquiao will ruin him but at this weight I'm still wondering. 1 fight wasn't enough to know what he has left. Good or not against Garcia I believe he'll come in tremendous shape which might not be enough to handle Pac speed, angles and power.
Actually Roach wanted Mayweather but since PBF ducked Pac they went to the next fight that would make the most money for Manny.
Oh indeed! Also I thought Roach was crazy when he said Mayweather' legs were gone but after watching the fight several times I found out that he wasn't as mobile or accurate (not sure how to put it well) as he used to. I'm not sure if it was the ring or the way he got hurt or something else but he looks a bit "unstable" sometimes in the fight. Roach said Margarito will be easy. Let's see
