Would Rolly Romero be an all time great if he was sent to the 1940s

What weight does Rolly come into the ring on fight night generally? I'm wondering who he would actually be fighting in this era

Homicide Hank would've likely put a career altering or ending beating on Romero, he is quite literally one of the ATG's pound for pound, having been fhe only boxer to ever hold the world title at 3 different weights SIMULTANEOUSLY!

The boxers in and around that period were born of the Great Depression and fought literally to put food on the table, not to boost their social media profile. Low level trolling I reckon and needs all the derision coming to him....
