Hell no, not even close. I was just doing a sport that nobody else knew how to play IMO.

Let's put it **** way, Nate Diaz would probably beat or give a prime Royce a very tough fight:

    Penn
    GSP
    Alves
    Fitch
    Koscheck
    Hughes
    etc
    etc

All destroy him much like Hughes destroyed him as an old man.

No all Royce had was some BJJ skills there are dozens of fighters today with better BJJ skills that are basically at gatekeeper level status.

Back in the day, few knew what the hell he was doing. His fights were almost comical. Remember the one against the boxer. He literally ran at you and as soon as he came to put a lock on, you didn't know how to stop it because you didn't know what he was going to do.

Guys now are high level at bjj and know how to defend against it. Coupled with being well rounded fighters.

Fedor wouldn't chicken curry about Royce and he'd rearrange his chevy chase.

This!! And coming from a guy who actually gets in the cage!!!

How could Royce possibly be competitive against the greatest mma fighter of all-time (who also happens to out-weigh Royce by 50-60 pounds)?

The TS is "At the wind up" surely!

    :good Summed up perfectly!!

 Chicken curry?? Classic!! I think it may be "Boat" (As in "Boat race"= face). I dunno, those Cockneys speak a strange language (LOL And this is coming from a guy who's "Geordie" accent is not the easiest to comprehend:))

boat and boat race = face.

rhyming slang can disappear quick i.e. clue = scooby doo. scooby doo shortened to scooby. scooby no longer rhymes with clue. same as boat = face.

I think Hughes beating him says alot. I think people now questioning Hughes ability against this generation of fighters says even more.

The Gracie you're looking for is Rickson Gracie. He submits anyone you put him in with.
