Would ruddock have held a belt in the 80 s?

    That's exactly how I see it. Prime versions of Weaver, Tate, Coetzee, Dokes, Tubbs, and Smith were on an equal plane to Ruddock in his prime. About the only one that I'd put a step above him is perhaps Witherspoon but even that depended greatly on which nights Tim was either on or off.
