Would Sasakul of Arbachakov II still win against Yuri if he faced the Yuri of Kittikasem I/II?

    It's said that Sasakul wasn't even 100% on his first fight with Yuri,he overtrained,and for Yuri,everybody knows what happened in the second fight, considering how much Sasakul gave Yuri problems(I mean Sasakul is just a smaller version of him,kinda) in their first fight,would he overcome him when they met on their peak?

    Peak Arbachakov would have beaten the Sasakul that sent him to retirement IMO.
