Would Teddy Atlas bring the best out of Deontay Wilder?

    Teddy is a horrible trainer. Horrible commentator. Horrible analyst. He’s only listened to because of his past associations, and people don’t know any better.
    Wilder doesn’t need a complete overhaul, he’s not going up against elites. He’s fighting other limited fighters. Study their limitations and work on specifics. If landing the right is the aim, then figure out what will help with that against this particular fighter. He just needs to improve some in some areas. As much as people want to fool themselves into believing different, rds we’re close up to the time he started leaking from an ear.

    I will be very blunt. Teddy Atlas is a drama queen and an attention seeker who loves the limelight more than his fighter. Had it not been for his association with Tyson and Cus D Mato, he would be a total non entity right now

    When I think of Atlas as a trainer, I look back at how he was able to drain last drop of self confidence out of Michael Grant. Grant was never going to be champ, but Atlas' verbal abuse completely destroyed any belief Grant had in himself.
