Depends on who was champ, during the first half of the 80`s Holmes wa champ, AJ would only have beat Holmes at the end of his title reign, during the second half of the 80`s Tyson was champ and again AJ would only have beaten Mike towards the end of his first reign as champ after he fired Rooney, AJ is not an elite fighter at all.

Joshua loses to Ruddock before the 2nd Tyson fight, loses to Tyson, Bowe, Lewis, Tua, Ibeabuchi, and has a decent chance against the rest.

Tyson was half the fighter he was under Rooney by the 90`s, prime Tyson would have destroyed Ruiz and AJ.
