Absolutely! Look at a prime Bowe and how fast he was for a man his size. He was a shell of himself against Golota. Fat, slow and one punch at a time with zero head movement. He was a force of nature when he was younger.
Golota would always have been problematic for Bowe. A more prime version would have done better but he'd have still struggled. A better question would be: what if Golota had listened to the advice from his own corner and not thrown the decision away because he couldn't help himself from cashing in on the family jewels? He would probably have had two wins, if not KOs over Bowe.
