Would the Klitchko's still "RUN" the HW division if they fought from 1983-93?

You missed out Holyfield from that list, They would be very competitive. No way in hell would they dominate in the same fashion as they do now though.

 

They would be some of the better Heavyweights, but dominate??? Nah...

I'm a fan of the Klit bros. In an era when the majority of heavyweights come into the ring grossly overweight, they are always in fantastic shape. Both of them are also very well spoken and on the whole good ambassadors for the sport. Nonetheless, the elite American heavyweights of the late 80s/early 90s were cut from a different cloth. They had head movement, fluid footwork and threw punches from a number of different angles. Personally, I think that the Klitschko's would be too robotic to rule that particular era. I really couldn't imagine the pawing jab of both Klit's detering a prime Mike Tyson.

 

the klits would have problems with tyson and holyfield, i can't see anyone else who can give them a fight, besides mercer(because of his chin). holmes was way past his prime. holmes from 1978-1981 would give wlad a hell of a fight by winning ir losing a sd and beat vitali by md

I think somebody is way overestimating the Klits here. The only reason they have looked so good the last few years is due to lack of quality opposition. That list contains some high quality opposition

They dont dominate now FFS, WK has been sparked on 3 seperate ocassions and VK lost to Lennox Lewis who for some reason is not on that shitty list.
