Wlad is a question mark. There were some big hitters around then to expose his fragile Glass Mandible. Plus, over 15 rounds, his poor stamina would get exposed.
Fighters fought very frequently back then so the busy schedule does put question marks as to how successful they'd be but given their size and talent, despite any shortcomings lead me to believe that even if none of them picked up a belt, they'd be top 10 contenders in any era.
Vitali yes, but what would happen when Shavers connected with Wlad's chin? Holmes would school both of them.
VITLAY maybe. WALDO I dont think goes far. I hate to see him against a fighter somewhat close to being in shape. Actually that goes for VITLAY too, nevermind.
Voted yes because Vitali definitely would. Neither would be near as dominant as today due to how weak the opposition has been for them, which has made Wlad look a lot better than he is
Shaver's had the equalizer and Wlad wasn't exactly iron chinned himself so even if you favor Wlad, its not a foregone conclusion.
