    Definitely.

They are tall, big, powerful, definitely faster than some of the 70's boxer.

Heavyweight fight are way overrated. People watch those fights because any second of the fight, anybody could be KOed. Other than that, it is like looking at two limbering giants hugging each other most of the time.

vitali would be remembered as one of the goat at heavy if he was a 70s ish era fighter as long as his shoulder and eyelids held together, his brother without manny steward wouldve been killed by frazier ali henry cooper etc

that was a joke i just wanted a reply, henry was a good fighter but he was too ugly to fight, frazier would have torn wlad a new one though, shavers would be 50 50 and ali wouldve outpointed him

More often than not they beat all those guys, but if Sanders and Brewster kod Wlad what do you think Lyle or Shavers would do to him if they caught him?

That being said i would make them favorites over all except Ali,Foreman(i consider Holmes more of an 80s fighter). I rank Fraizer higher in terms of greatness but the size difference might have been to much. Vitali would probably have a better record against thoe guys as Wlad is bound to be caught by one of the big punchers of that era.

Cooper was way too little 6' 180lb, he would get killed. I can't see Frazier beating the Klitschkos, Ali would out box Vitali but I don't know about Waldimir, Wald really looks at his best against boxer with little power. and anybodys crazy to think Foreman would push Vitali around like he did Norton....

Frazier would be Wlad's worst nightmare.

Wladimir prob won't be consistent enough to be in the top 10 and will get his chin cracked too often.

Vitali is tough enough to stay in the top 10, but not for a while, imo. too many tough contenders.

Other than Ali, Frazier, and Foreman who was there to challenge Vitali? Norton and Quarry would get crushed. So would Shavers and Young. Other than the 3 I mentioned I don't see anyone giving Vitali huge problems.

They probably said in 70'es that 'This is a weak era of heavyweights"..

Vitali? Vitali would have trouble outboxing or outslugging Norton. Vitali never had a killer punch like shavers or foreman did but had pop. Quarry certainly wouldn't get crushed. those two would give Vitali big problems. Young would take a decision. Shavers gets stopped. Roy Williams would give huge problems to Vitali. Clark and Ellis would also give Vitali a go but get stopped.

Ali, Frazier, Foreman, and Holmes would all beat Vitali and Wlad.

Vitali would be top 3, only Ali and Foreman would give him problems. I think Vitali would beat Ali, but would lose to Foreman.

Wladimir, that's a hard call, clearly top 10 but with the right trainer he might be top 5.

I'm talking about the guy that has a glass jaw and hasn't been facing real good opposition for him to totally bulldoze through the 70's contenders. the division was stacked.

anyway i think wlad would get caught and would be facing much better fighters

I can see your point, but I don't find it resonable to judge a fighter after his worts performances. Nobody knows hos a rematch between Wlad and Sanders would have played out, but remember that Wlad schooled Brewster when they fought the second time.
