Making people think it's Pacquiao when we'll all know 2-3 months in advance that it's not, is not going to help his PPV any. If anything, it'll hurt it.

It's not about Floyd, you guys are making it about Floyd.

It was about Les Moonves, and his desire to make the fight. It was a man that was respected by all parties involved, and all parties involved also needed Moonves for future CBS bouts. (Haymon and Arum) Honestly, in your idiotic hurry to blast Mayweather, you guys are totally dissing Moonves and all the work he did.

And if you coerce somebody to sign a contract, it's not binding. FYI. If you prove any pressure was put on you to sign against your will, it's not a binding contract.

Again because you have trouble reading: Showtime/CBS publicly stated they do not decide who Floyd fights. PERIOD.

Yes he was forced even with that amount of money on offer.........

floys has already gone on record saying no amount of money would make him fight pac

Point is moonves has never been directly involved in any of duckweather past fights under the deal only in this one because he had to show Floyd who was boss and force his hand.............

Floyd started of with a 90-10 split and it came down to 60-40

Repeat: CBS/Showtime said publicly they don't decide who Mayweather fights. You guys are a bunch of re****ed idiots. LOL

Again: If you coerce a party into signing a contract against their will, it's not legally binding. What you guys are describing is an "illegal practice." Morons.

I believe this fight with Pac was pretty much agreed to last year. Nothing was agreed to on paper but it was understood. That's why you had all of this Pac doing the commercial about he's going to fight me and PBF calling Pac out after the fight. Things like that lead me to believe he knew all along the fight would take place May 2015 and it was both fighters top priority for that date.

Weird Pacquiao fans, aren't you confident about Pac? The way you guys talk is as if your setting up that scenario as a consolation if Pac loses.

The fight if finally happening, can't you just get hyped and drop this "What if" ****?

Did Moonves force Floyd? Of course not but I can safely say that he himself being directly involved added pressure to getting the fight done.... And so ****ing what? It doesn't matter, what's important is the fight is happening.

Maybe you should switch to politics instead of boxing since you're more interested in talking about hidden agendas and "what ifs" rather than the actual fight itself.

    Backed into a corner?

If he had said "no,im not fighting Pacquiao", what was the worst thing that could have happened to him?

    How was he "forced"?

I thought he was backed into a corner to face Canelo to? Funny how that fight turned out. PBF has tried to make a fight with Pac for years to act like he has never done so would be a lie. He agreed to all terms back in 2009 but Pac declined because of testing. Funny how people like you love to leave that out.

They clearly don't know what a contract means. (6 fight deal was set, regardless of Pac) And they don't know that you can't coerce somebody to sign a contract against their will. It's illegal. Coercion would include threatening not to pay money owed to another party if they don't sign an additional contract.

i.e - This belief that Moonves is his "boss" and gave him an "ultimatum" is so idiotic I don't know whether to laugh, or feel sorry for these complete morons.
