Pacquaio havent fought anyone at welterweight with speed, because usually the bigger they are the slower. Prime Mosley by KO.

PAC would still handcuff that ODLH but would be outpunched and eventually knocked out bt that Shane Mosley. Holy **** Mosley was a problem back then.

Would have been a great fight, both very capable of Koing each other, Pac of now can very well handle Mosely of 2000 but does not guarantee an easy win for either.

Pac will beat Oscar to much foot speed and angles (with power too) for Oscar to handle. Oscar always has trouble with elite fast fighters. Mosley will be a tougher fight, but Pacquiao would also beat Mosley.

Prime Mosley vs Pac, now that would be a war. Mosley has the speed on the inside to be successful against Pac at close quarters if he's able to close the distance. He's always been very strong physically and knew how to utilize his strength advantage. He was a pretty good combination puncher before he roided up and moved to 154, and could match Pac for speed at 147. His big right hand could definately pose Pac some problems. I could see this fight being more exciting than DLH-Mosley, as Pac is a greater fighter on the inside and much more versatile than Oscar. I think this fight would be seen as 50-50, maybe slight edge to Pac for his superior record above 135.

As for DLH vs Pac, can't believe some of the comments I'm reading. When DLH was boxing he received a lot of criticism for his performances at welter. He was seen as a one handed fighter with stamina issues. Not many favored him in fantasy matchups vs the ATGs. Now that his career is over and he ended up losing every big fight (0-6) vs the elite fighters he fought in their prime and he's suddenly some sort of monster who could obliterate a 12 round punching machine like Pac? BS. Any version of Oscar would struggle with Pac, as he'd struggle with any southpaw with the type of speed and movement Pac offers. He looked horrible against a past it Whitaker at 147, who even managed to drop him with one shot as he was coming in. If he tried to fight Pac as reckless as he fought Mosley at welter trying to walk through him he would get the beating of his life. Pac would have to be favored against him. The guy has obliterated everyone he's fought at 140-150, all top, tough fighters. You don't have to question whether Pac would be up for the big occasion.

Mosley lost two times to Oscar. He knows it too.

That version of Shane wins by stoppage. Too much size, speed (of hand and foot) and power to match that relentlessness and killer instinct, for Pac to handle, IMO. If Pac were Mosely's size, I'd call it 50/50 or 60/40 Pac.

I think the Mosley of the first DLH fight would beat both Pac and Floyd at 147... and I don't even rate Mosley particularly highly. I just think he was a physical phenomenon at his peak, and only guys who could match or exceed his explosiveness and strength (eg SRL) would be able to decisively beat him there. SSM would be too big for Manny, who isn't a natural ww, and his handspeed/workrate/power would be too much for Floyd. I think the best Pac (135-140) and the best Floyd (130-140) were both better fighters than Mosley overall in terms of skillsets, but at 147 I think Mosley would have the edge over them.

Prime Mosley would probably give Pac an early KD.
Before the Margarito fight I would bet my sorry ass that it's going to be a KO for Mosley for sure, but if the fight goes the distance, Pac might get an SD/UD.

I'm not sure about prime DLH tho. (assuming it's at welter)
Haven't really imagined how his jab would affect Pac's rhythm and how his reflexes will match up against Pac's movement.
But it's interesting to see how Pac would absorb his hooks. Me thinks it could KO Pac.
But Pac is just so freaking fast compared to him.
But again, if it goes the distance, there's a chance that Pac might get that SD/UD.
Still I think it's gonna be ODLH.
