The punch landed perfectly right on the chin, anyone would of got knocked out. But better boxers wouldn't of gotten in the situation where they will get KOed like that.. i.e. gloves up.

No. Calzaghe wasn't dropped until he had 10 world title fights, was 10 years into his pro career and 20 years into his boxing career as a whole. Froch has just suffered his first KD 7 years into his pro career in his second world title fight. By this rationale Calzaghe has a betther chin.

Both have good chins, pretty pointless argument really.

These are two much bigger guys, both 168 or 175 in Calzaghe's case. They have been in with big punchers, they both have great chins and are used to taking big punches from much stronger guys than Pacquiao sheerly because of the weight.

Julian Jackson was a beast of a puncher and KO'd everybody at 154, but he moved up to 160 and hit Gerald McClellan with everything but the kitchen sink and McClellan didn't go down once, although the punches took their toll. Why? Because he was used to fighter guys who hit hard, and Jackson couldn't carry his power up far enough to KO him.

It's the same with most people, there's no way Pacquiao's power would carry up to 168 or 175. And yes you are a ******* and it's you who is the ****ing flid noob if you think that punch would of KO'd everybody. It was a great punch but I've seen one's equal or far better that wouldn't have KO'd everyone.
