Have posed a problem to any heavyweight Champion in the history of boxing?

I can think of one that wouldnt beat beat such an ineffective challenger and I can think of at least 10 who would have KO'd him

We have been over this, and Fraud Frazier and all those other 90lb "heavyweights" would be toast.

Briggs actually wobbled Vitali a lil bit with a strange sneaky short right hand in 11th. Maybe he could finish Valuev like that..? He wouldn't have to fear Nico's workrate anyway.

hmmm briggs is still slow and rarely throws combinations. it also seems like he lacks any kind of hand speed or mobility.

He'd have beaten Marvin Hart, and have given Tommy Burns a good fight, albeit as a stylistic disadvantage. I'd also imagine he'd have beaten James J Braddock.

Right, that undisputed champs out of the way, I may do the rest later on.

i think it's hard to say...Vitali has made a career out of making other fighters ineffective...the fact that briggs couldn't do anything against him is more a credit to vitali than it is a knock on briggs.

what about when briggs couldn't do anything to ibragimov and lyakhovich for 11 rounds?

what about his last 6 fights against bums looking like a c level fighter?

is it all down to his opponents?
