"If the Filipino is found guilty, the penalty for perjury could be a jail sentence of between one and four years, and a fine of up to $5,000"

I couldn't see him being sent to jail. Maybe just a heavier fine if found guilty. Though I can see this all being ironed out somehow.

Nope. If Mayweather is only sent to jail for like 2 months for being convicted of beating a woman, then good, christian, Pacquiao won't go to jail for more than a minute.

This would ruin his political career if he did go to jail, so he won't. This is just blowing smoke.

I thought perjury was for the court room. At worst, he'll have to shell out money to the paying public. But, in reality, regardless of the shoulder injury, no one expected anything more than what they got. Just another boring ass fight.

Is there an MRI scan before the fight to show that he actually had an injury going into the fight?

Also, don't professional fighters have to get clearance to fight from a doctor before the fight? Any fighter could easily falsify the questionaire.

  11. Yes but these a holes on this forum keep ignoring paperwork and cold hard facts. The mind is fragile with many on this site.

This speaks volumes. The same might well have been true of anyone who bet real money on Pacquiao or paid for the PPV. Result would have been the same either way but information should have been provided allowing for an informed choice to be made.

That said, boxing_master, like Manny Pacquaio and Skip Bayless is just a poor loser and ungracious in defeat. At least Skip Bayless eventually honoured his bet. Boxing_master you should have just honoured your bet and switched your main focus to one of your many, many alt accounts or better yet logged out for good.

Floyd never went to jail ROFL he just took a vacation. They should have really put him in jail to mix with the other inmates. They don't like cowards that beat on women. A good ass whuppin would do that coward the world of good.

He did nothing wrong he notified USADA they granted hi permission . Jus another Vegas witch hunt

The only power he has round here is the power to make himself look like an idiot more times than can be humanly counted.
