Would this undercard make Lemieux vs GGG worth the money?

The problem with Bradley not taking this fight is that Ali will most likely get a bad opponent. Losing before his mando against Bradley could mean that he loses the opportunity even if it's not an elim.

When I say soft touches I'd asy Tony Thompson or Tarver are soft ass touches for Jennings. Also Ali vs someone like Van Heerden or Gavin is a soft touch, and for Gonzalez anyone not named Estarada, Ioka, and Ruerong. If that's the best he can do, that might not seem like a "soft touch", since they're decent opponents, but it does nothing to make this PPV worth it.

Yeah. If they have 4 fights on televised portion, hopefully he is opener then. The only reason they want him on card is he is a NY guy so he will provide more assurance of a sell out crowd.

You are right they might match him soft. Balancing the business and sporting aspect of a card in situations like this is hard. It will be interesting to see what they do.

We'll see, if Gonzalez gets a good match up, and Bryant gets Pulev it'll still be worth it, but if it's Ali against some scrub, and Bryant against like a Tarver/Thompson and Gonzalez vs a Segura type guy then it'll be straight trash.

TBH as long as they find a great chief support opponent for Gonzalez I will be happy. IMO the 3rd and 4th cards are all good as long as they are decent, with intelligent matchmaking.

I'm really hoping for Jennings-Pulev, I think would be an interesting fight.

For me, if Jennings and Ali are fighting trash, then Gonzalez has to fight inoue or estrada, there's no one else that would make the fight ppv worthy for me otherwise. I'd pay if it was 30 bucks for Gonzalez/Ruenrong/Ioka, with Jennings and Ali fighting the guys I mentioned.

    Well yeah...

Lets hope they dont go that route.

edit: and yeah I really really hope they get Estrada or Inoue

Hoping for great chief support is within expectation and precedent with K2 promotions. Hoping for 4 great fights... well, we can hope but I cant think of a time thats even ever happened

I get ppv fights free where I live either way for paying a subscription to a channel, but I'll still b(i)tch if I don't get my fights :good.
