I guess you don't know how the protocol for making a fight works.....

The link is to a promotion page for a fight agreed upon. You can put a date on it once money is shown to sponsor the event. It's like a down payment. CONTRACTS are legal documents that put both parties into an obligation to each other to be a part of the event. Once the contracts are signed by both parties, the only way for the contract to be voided is if BOTH parties agree to dismiss the contract for logical reasons, or, at least one of the parties ARE PHYSICALLY UNABLE to oblige to the contract on the specific date (injury, death, incarceration, etc...). In which both parties can select a postponed date.

That is basic protocol for fighting contracts. Yes, they can be changed but usually that happens when someone is looking to get over on the other party.

Now with that said....I'll repeat what I said that you had a struggle in comprehension over. "Charlo didn't pull out 'BOTH FIGHTS'....there was nothing official ever made for Charlo/Tszyu"....... Charlo broke his hand thus he physically couldn't even go to camp..... If a contract was signed then that means Tszyu's camp can push for a postponed date and enforce it......yet, when Charlo got healthy, he took the Canelo fight..... So, if the fight wasn't enforced, either both parties decided not to go forward with the even, a mutual cancelation, or there was no contract in the first place to bind Charlo to fighting Tszyu, so how could he have pulled out of a fight that he wasn't contractually obligated to, without Tim Tszyu taking him to court.........BECAUSE IT'S A LEGAL DOCUMENTATION.

Y'all are real quick to chant some goofy stuff about these fighters and don't understand that there is more to this sport than dumb fans just wanting one fighter to fight the other and if it don't happen then "someone is ducking"..........

Only way that the fight didn't happen is if BOTH Tim and Charlo said no to it, or there was no binding contract......which is it...... Because I guarantee you can't find a link that shows Tim Tszyu taking Charlo to court for a breach of contract.....or in dumb fan terms......PULLING OUT OF THE FIGHT.

Tszyu clearly underestimated Bak-M and I think his overeagerness had a lot to do with the frustration he felt from the Fundora fight. He was desperate to get back on the horse and return to winning ways and he came out of the blocks with one thing on his mind: Early KO and he subsequently looked only to attack and not defend and it cost him big.

I don't think he would be so careless against Jermello who let's not forget really struggled against light hitting leprechaun Castano's pressure and who clearly lost the first fight against him.

That loss had a knock-on effect on Castano"s approach to the rematch too because he had to return to the crime scene where he'd been robbed by the three home judges only to be confronted again by three more of them and a home referee (and even worse both fights were for undisputed) and this forced him to have to fight more recklessly and take more chances against the bigger puncher in order to try and take it out of their corrupt hands and he ended up walking into a big one and getting stopped.

But Jermello was never going to man up and face either Tszyu or Bak-M, let alone in their countries

And he was never going to rematch Castano in his, let alone with an Argentine ref and three Argentine judges and that's some dubbly bubbly real talk

I never really saw what everyone else saw in Tszyu. Fair play, he is everything I like in a fighter with his toughness, his come forward approach and the fact that he would never duck anybody. He’s very basic though. In his defence, I think he did get caught cold on Saturday night and just didn’t recover. I’d expect a rematch to be a lot more competitive than that. A healthy amount of respect for his opponent won’t do him any harm going forward.
