Would Tunney have "seen something" in Joe Louis as well?

    McGrain, definitly fighting on the back foot underpressure is tiring and physcologically damaging so to speak. However, if your plan was to box on the back foot and you were gaining sucess at it, it isnt such a mentally 'heavy' thing to do. Tunney definitly had the discipline and composure to do just that.

    Also I agree about standing and trading being a way fighters 'crack'. From boxing myself I honestly think being in a war is easier than getting up on your bike and boxing underpressure.
