Yes sir. Some blind haters indeed. I've always been pretty objective while being an Oscar fan but to a hater they think man never did ****; all the fights he lost were warranted yet all the close fights he won should have gone the other way. It's pretty unbelievable.

 

Na i thought Sweet Pea turned back the clock and looked like he did in his prime, his timing was there,but did you ever think that Oscar had something to do with why he played around too much? Oscar still won that fight i never understood how some thought that the fight was controversial. Ive seen that fight many times and I still cant see Pernell pulling it out, he played too much cause he didnt want to take chances with Oscar. I had the fight 115-112 Oscar.

Pernell looked like he was fading in his fight with Hurtado(right before Oscar) but he was his old self with Oscar. Just Oscar haters trying to Make it look like a prime Pernell would have beat him witch is not the case. At least not at Welter.

Exactly my thoughts versus Pernell. While Oscar didn't get to Pernell with ease, pernell wasn't doing anything but clowning. I still remember him with that big ass swollen eye saying after the fight saying "everyone knows I won this fight." I laughed and thought your eye certainly may argue. Oscar's face was unblemished.

 

Try going to Maxboxing. I've never seen so much hate towards Oscar on one board. You basically get banned if you were an Oscar fan
