Would Vitali have lasted the whole 12 due to the state of his face?

yea he could of finished in my eyes, all be it with a permanent ugly scar

don't get me wrong he was taking some good shots from lewis near the end of the fight, but he was punching back effectively

if gone the full 12 rounds it could of gone either way in my eyes, by UD or possibly KO for either opponent

But just 1 thing, if lewis didn't knockout vitali with that one uppercut he landed, idk he could of gotten him out of there at all

 

Someone should post the gif of the end of the 6th round where Vitali could barely stand up and was falling all over the ring clinging to Lewis for dear life.

Also, no way he see's out that fight without suffering one if the worst physical injuries we've seen in boxing.

 

Sure he would have lasted the whole 12 and KO'd his career.

 

Vitali sure took some bombs.

 

I love the part where Lennox is holding Vitali and keeps hitting his left ribcage and Vitali doesn't even seem to give a ****.

 

Of course he couldn't last. Hence the TKO6.

No, not only were the cut(s) awful, at the end of the final round, he looked to be badly hurt and have nothing left in the tank, he was holding and falling all over the place, didn't even seem to have legs under him. I don't think he would have made it to round 10, let alone 12.

There is a gif I can't post due to being on iPhone but the last segment of action in the fight had Vitali throwing absolutely no punches and trying to hold whenever Lewis threw, the notion that Vitali was fresher is absurd.
