Agree on this, no one beats them easy, specially Vitali since no one came close to stopping him.

    Competitive? Try dominant.

I'd expect him to be the number 1 up until Ali's prime. From that point there are plenty of other great head to head fighters who don't give up so much in terms of height and weight. Equally importantly, before Ali the previous greats didn't have the ring movement to keep Vitali off them.

He'd be competitive in any era I think Ali, Norton, and Foreman would beat him not easily though and nothing like 5 out 5 times they'd probably exchange some wins and losses for sure.

Idiot Chris Byrd didn't beat him and who is to say that lennox wouldn't beat all of them? I do not know if Vitali is the best ever but he is good, for 40 he isn't that slow but he would be an extremely tough out for anyone in any era

ESB pollsters have got this one right up to this point. I expect the other three options will start making serious inroads when the Brits crawl out from under their rocks in a few hours.

I agree with the poll, though I am surprised by it. Vitali is a monster and he comes in the ring to hurt you. Height, reach, skills, dedication. What more can a fan ask for? I like Wlad too but he doesn't engage his opponents without fear like VK does.

Looking at the poll, it's nice to see common sense show up on this forum every now and again.
