DW's career has been so much smoke & mirrors, actually hard to say. Sure he'd be a fave against many, but I would imagine any wins would come while down a bit on cards.

I think he would knock Ruiz over, at least. I know Ruiz has good defense, but I think at some point his legs will give out and Wilder will nail him.

Wilder would beat at least three on the list and let's be honest, has good a chance to beat anyone.

Would have him a big favourite vs. Ruiz, Parker and Whyte. I'd have him 60/40 vs Joshua. 50/50 vs Usyk. 50/50 vs Joyce. He's already had his fights vs Fury.

The rest I haven't watched enough of to say for definite.

Wilder was a complete hype job and so was the much vaunted right hand power!

His resume across 40+ fights is full of tomato cans, bum of the month wannabes and white collar boxing rejects.
The only recognised name on his record is Luis Ortiz who he went life and death, needing illegal referees/doctors intervention to beat.
Luis Ortiz himself is a myth with only Bryant Jennings on his resume yet he’s the name that Wilder and his fans point to when trying to argue about the quality of Wilders opponents

Fury was a cherry pick gone terribly wrong, I don’t think I need to explain the details of that one to anybody. Fury, battered Wilder within an inch of his life (twice) and completely schooled him in boxing in their first fight but he (Fury) has never done that to anyone else in his career. Fury has an ageing, disinterested Klitschko and Wilder as the only two recognisable names in his own boxing record.

Looking at Wilders record, at his opponents it’s impossible to judge his power because he’s only fought fighters who are very very very poor and have no ambition to stay on their feet let alone get up after a knockdown.

so in answer to the question, No
