If he possessed all his physical qualities but was shrunk to 6'1'' then I don't think he would be heavyweight champion, but he would be a very good Cruiserweight champ.

He would have won by bigger numbers considering the two men the Democrats nominated: Al Gore and John Kerry. :yep

absolutely wrong....Wlad would not be a heavyweight if he were six foot one so the question itself is the problem. He would probably be a light heavy, and you would have to think that at 6'1 he would be even faster and more mobile than he already is, therefore, formidable at that level.

 

Yes because he'd still have great power, great boxing skill, great hand speed and be really athletic. He probably wouldn't be nearly as dominate though.
