You know, you're right ,I think Vitali was scared to death of Rahman., Byrd had his number, too. Lewiis, well, he just got lucky..

I agree VITLAY got lucky against Lewis, worst performance of Lewis's career. Never mind though if he keeps calling him out maybe Lewis will come back and fulfill his promise to rip up the other side of VITLAYS face :yep

:yep I shudder to think would a peak Lewis would have done, but it would have been alot shorter though.

I watched the fight again the other night on youtube, hadn't seen it for a few years. Conclusion was the same, Lewis set out to make it a brawl after that 2nd round when VITLAY hit him with everything but the kitchen sink and never even wobbled him. Once Lewis knows the other guy can't KO him the other guy is in big trouble, and that's how it turned out. After round 2 VITLAY landed nothing really meaningful while Lewis got stronger each round, culminating in the VITLAY hug-fest at the end of round 6. Damn shame the doctor stopped it, it would have prevented a lot of bull**** on this board had he let Lewis loose on the bum for another couple of rounds :yep

    Still....

    Lewis TKO6 :smoke

That WAS a peak VITLAY, unless you're claiming that the one that lost to Byrd was peak :think

One thing that can't be denied though is that it was not a peak Lewis, and he still ****ed VITLAY up :happy

    Never seen that fight then?

I'd ****ing LOVE to see either Klit V a prime Bruno, it'd be lights out inside 3 rounds for both of them, he was better skilled than either Klit and hit WAY harder too.

The Lewis that fought Bruno, Rahman, and McCall was still much better than the one that ripped Vitaly's face up, face it Vitaly is nowhere near as good as Lewis.

must be a "brutha". I was at that fight in the Staple center. Lewis was the one breathing hard. Although I don't think he trained hard for that fight. Lewis is one of the greatest of all time but i think he would have lost with klit not being cut.

An old Lewis beat the **** out of Vitaly, what's so hard to understand.
