Highly improbable, but if Gomez wins, do you think he will avenge the loss? Wouldnt it be funny if Diaz won again, and became champ?lmao:rofl

no one wants to watch that non-skilled ugly-ass mofo fight. he'd make a good dishwasher, but boxing isnt his calling. against gomez he got lucky, sometimes that **** happens.

i looked up brewsters record prior to fighting wlad and he had no significant wins...the two best opponents, etienee and shufford, outclassed him. i am surprised he got the title shot against wlad in the first place

but i assume you are talking about the rematch and how brewster was a top 10 contender then and yeah i would have to agree with you there...

thank you for doing the research/thinking i was to lazy to do. at the time of the first fight, brewster was somewhat highly regarded. it definitely was a shocker that wlad crumbled. but benny, to answer your question, no.
anyway, vitalis gonna jab gomez impotent, then finish him up with a right.

Diaz is garbage. The thought of him striking lightning twice against Gomez and winning a title makes me want to puke.

    1) That fight was 5 years ago. I think there's a statute of limitations on "boosts".
    2) In his last 6 fights, he has 0 wins. Gonna take a helluva boost. (Brewster at least had a couple of decent post-WK wins)

Oh, you were joking with this thread... now I get it...

not really, i mean, what IF Gomez wants to fight him toredeem that one loss, he may do it..We COULD see our new champ as Yanqui Diaz, the beast

Brewster was like 15 months inactive when he fought Wlad in April of 04, and as a huge Brewster fan I could tell you, he beat noone to get him the chance to fight Wlad in the first place. He was journeyman up to that point and was outboxed by two journeyman in Shufford and Eitenne, but to Brewster's credit, he did injure his knee against Clifford in the 1st or 2nd round and gutted it out till the end.

Yamplier was quite lucky to catch Gomez cold, he ended up getting destroyed by McCall and Sammy Peter.. I used to watch Uzcuy box with Damien Norris in Vegas all the time, he was not really that good, just a chancer with fast mitts.........
