would you be dissapointed in floyd if he decides to run against featherweights?

o.k he is a lightweight but has only fought there twice. if you paid whatever amount your ppv would you be satisfied in floyd potshoting marquez for 12 rounds? wouldn't you want floyd to make a statement the way pac has been doing.

im merely stating that if he decides to box the smaller marquez i would be dissapointed and so many other boxing fans.

i hope he proves us wrong.

    1. Marquez would probably still be at Feather or perhaps Superfeather if he wasn't desperately chasing the Pac man. Floyd would have to work to make 140 now I am sure.

    2. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. Floyd often runs like he's trying to break a marathon record in the ring. Against Baldomir it was a disgrace and left half the PAYING AUDIENCE to LEAVE BEFORE THE END. This is not the case all the time, Floyd does have great defense and movement but there has been fights when he has been literally running.

2 of the best counter punchers in the business. They may just stand there looking at each other all night. j/k

Still, PBF will win this fight with relative ease IMO.

well he should try to destroy him because he marquez is a naturally smaller man. he has all the advantages if he doesn't try to engage then he is a coward.

What do you mean by running?
    Floyd never runs :huh
He doesn't trade punches, well he's too good for that. He can stay right in your face and pick off all of your shots. For example in his fight against Hatton there was a round in which Ricky landed a total of ZERO punches. Floyd didn't run, he stayed in the pocket.

Floyd won't exchange in this fight. He saw what happened to Pac, Casamayor and Diaz when they tried to exchange with Dinamita. Yes, Floyd is an exceptional talent but he doesn't throw nearly the same amount of shots that Diaz throws and Marquez wrecked Diaz.

Floyd will pull a Baldomir in this fight most probably.

He won't run from Marquez, but to answer the question, yes i would be disappointed if he took a very conservative, potshot style approach to beating Marquez.
