Let's just say Guzman outpoints Funeka and takes the IBF title.

JMM feels he can drop to 135 one last time.

Would you want to see it and how do you think it will play out?

Considering that JMM survived Floyd, would he be confident of facing another slickster who fights in a similar manner or has Guzman considers Floyds win a blueprint on how to win the fight.

One of the best fights that can be made at 135 lbs. If Guzman wins the IBF against Funeka then it would set up a very interesting unification fight. I think Marquez would stop him late as Guzman is slick but his defence is not on the same level as Mayweathers. Marquez would find a way. That would just leave Marquez with a Fight with Valero for a clean sweep of the division.

    Nopes . . . I want JMM to unify at 140.

Fight Hatton for a big money fight. Then Bradley, Devon Alexander and who ever is the WBA title holder.

JMM won't earn anything against Guzman. Stature and money wise. :deal

guzman couldn't make weight against Campbell. what makes you think he'd make weight again at 135?

Cuz he has since! And he's fighting for the 135lb title. That being said, I always wanted to see this fight...and I might pick Guzman...

He made weight in the Dominican Republic. Doesn't mean much when those scales were probably rigged.

Guzman vs Mayweather will be in the future. Bank on it..:deal

Guzman was getting tagged by Barrios, his defense is not on the level of PBF, more importantly he doesnt possess the natural size, reach and height advantage of PBF.

I'd like to see them do it at 140 since Guzman and JMM may both not be at their best at 135 at this point...
