in rounds i had it 7-3-1 to mayorga. and couldnt believe the judges had mosley ahead it was a sloppy wreckless fight but mayorga was doing more

But yes I also thought Mayorga was winning but closer.

I wouldn't buy this fight but it would be his most challenging fight to date since Judah....before you laugh hear me out. Mayorga is a freakishly strong guy at 147(and Floyd for his own safety better choose to fight him there because he gains more power above 147), has an iron chin and sledgehammer power in both hands but particularly the right hand. He can't box worth a damn for a world class fighter but his strength, power, aggression, fearlessness and lack of respect for no one(who else would let Trinidad blast them on the chin to show his cojones?) would make him a constant threat the entire fight. Floyd doesn't possess the power to get him out of there early and would have to resort to trying to school him Cory Spinks style. There would be the constant danger that Mayo could stun/hurt him. Plus Mayo is dirty as hell and he'll loop his right hand to the back of Floyd's head whenever he gets the chance. He'll also try and toss Floyd around up close.

Mayorga would at least be a legitimate welerweight threat and beating him would be commendable. Seeing Floyd dodge the Manical Managuan's bullets would be admittedly entertaining.
