of course its a matter of opinion, yours just happens to be wrong.
    ggg=
chin- never touched canvas in close to 400 fights
power- highest ko %age in middleweight championship history
pedigree- amateur record of 345-5 and an olympic silver medal

now you give me just one boxer with somewhat similar stats that you dont think was ever elite.

Every elite fighter throughout history has elite level wins.. we judge past stars against their opponents.

What were the betting odds for GGG's last 10 fights?

really? tell me, what determines whether a fighter is "elite level". what is the criteria you are using to build your argument around?

I will tell you what is not elite and that is the current MW division. GGG is the stand out boxer in a weak division. Good power, good boxer.. but ultimately untested at the highest level.

Again gambling odds of his last 10 fights?

so you have no idea what an elite fighter is, fair enough.
to answer your question, i dont know. 7-1, 10-1, take your pick, they all mean ggg is too much for anything they can throw at him.

I think it would be the biggest upset since Pacquiao beat De La Hoya.

Or it usually means they are fighting people with little to no chance. I know what an elite fighter is.. Iv saw many over the last couple of decades. Also know what isnt.. GGG may well be the best fighter of a generation but if he is not getting tested then its all just a matter of perspective.

yet you cant seem to get around to telling me what you think it is... even though your whole "perspective" revolves around that very definition. again, what is your criteria for awarding a fighter the title of "elite"?

I'd be shocked if GGG doesn't get the knockout. If this fight goes to the distance and Brook does well, who knows what could happen. GGG has no choice but to get the KO, or risk suffering a catastrophic loss due to the judges.

Fighting a live opponent would be numero uno

Take GGG's best wins and if they were in any other division like WW, LMW or SMW would they be anything other than ok?

I don't think that was really that big of an upset. Oscar hadn't fought at 147 in 7 years, and was destined to look like ****. He should have never chose pac as an opponent, then again Oscar is who propelled Pac into superstardom, as he did for a lot of other boxers careers, so it was fair game.
