Instead of one (which could go short or be a snoozer) would it cause you to buy a PPV if there were two big matches?

    If Pavlik- Hopkins
    and
Jones - Calzaghe would have been on the same show?

Interesting idea. I'd certainly be far more likely to buy.

of all the heavies lewis had the style best suited to closing ruiz down and out.

fighting michael grant instead was fine, people fotget that lewis took king to court to try and keep the belt and postpone the ruiz fight for a few months .

grant was also a mandatory from memory.

    I will go s-l-o-w-e-r.

There are those who will never, ever buy a boxing event or just don't have the money to spend except for the mega-events (DLH vs PBF)

Would you be more inclined to buy the pay per view events if you could watch two big matches instead of just one?

Then this is the wrong place to be asking this question because the people who actually order PPV fights reside here.

There are many posts here that say "I won't pay for that ****" referring to PPV.

Of course. Elasticity of demand, or some such bunk economic concept...
