would you class chisora as a plodder?

Chisora obviously didn't train for Fury.
He was 20 pounds above his good fighting weight.
It must have made a massive difference. There's no fighter on earth who is just as good when he hasn't trained and is carrying 20 pounds extra flab as when he's in shape.

 

well to be brutally honest,fury,the man who kicked the **** outa chis,aint exactly the picture of health is he,fury is up there with most unconditioned boxers of all time :blood

 

Chisora has great upper body and head movement and jab but doesn't use the latter enough, his defence is good and I personally think he's a good pressure fighter when around 17st with good speed and work rate for a heavyweight. Haye is explosive, quick and powerful but only in very few short burst, he can not fight on the inside or stage 2nd or 3rd phase attacks or for 3 minutes of a round also Haye can't throw a left hook, decent body shot or uppercuts so his only chance is his trademark quick powerful 1,2. Will it work ???? Very possibly, but if he can't get Chisora out of there with-in the first 5-6 rounds he'll be gassing like he was against old man Ruiz and Chisora will wear him down with his man possessed type approach and get to him late on, Haye has never fought anyone like Chisora. My personal preference has a fan is I hope Derreck Chisora batters Haye to a pulp and humiliates him, my professional opinion is David Hayes hand speed, movement and explosive trademark 1,2 will be enough for him against Chisora who is made for that style Haye possesses. These are my own personal views and opinions which everyone is entitled to, this doesn't mean I'm right but also doesn't mean I'm wrong before the forum arseholes jump on the case about something in this reply which they don't agree with or like
