Would you consider Adonis Stevenson and Terrence Crawford defensive artists?

those guys have really good defense and I don't think they get enough credit for it. Tevin Farmer(who would probably beat lomachenko) has really good defense as well.

    Talk about it.

He's not a defense artist, but for an aggressive front foot fighter he has excellent defense. Amazing reflexes, speed and control of range means he manages to avoid most punches. Someone like Kovalev makes him look like FMJ.

Where was that excellent defense when Darnell Boone destroyed him in two rounds?

Stevenson's defense is quite good, but he does tend to get a bit sloppy after he establishes control and occasionally gets caught as a result. I wouldn't consider it a liability, though. He rarely allows himself to get tagged with more than one shot at a time, though.

TC's D is very good, too. Occasionally takes a clean shot in the early stages of a bout but usually tightens up his D by the middle rounds and gets tagged very rarely after that.

Stevenson had dropped Boone in that bout but got sloppy going for the finish. His D loosens up after he establishes control.

I don't like Stevenson, but he has improved immensely since the Boone fight.

He went for the kill after having Boone in trouble and got caught. Look at the rematch, he doesn't get touched.
