Fenech fought in such a way that he was willing to take shots to get his in. So he took a few. And sooner or later we gunna get KOed and not much you can do about that. I guess when he was getting ontop of the other guy he took less shots.

Two of JC's biggest wins excluding Kessler was shot to **** Jones Jnr - who dropped him for that matter, and past Bhop - who dropped him as well. I wouldn't start on a 3 world class divisional champion who was robbed blind of a 4th. Fenech's chin only affected him later in his career like so many other fighters.
