In an interview by 8countnews.com with Emmanuel Steward, he was asked if he considers Manny Pacman Pacquiao an all time great and he said "Yes."

In my opinion, he's a great fighter, but all time great?

    What's your opinion on this?

He's beaten hall of famers, but most say they are past their primes, shitloads of belts in different weight classes but who does he have to beat to claim a firm seat on the ATG?

If he defeats Hatton, and takes on Mayweather and prevails the victor, as well as dominates the 140-147 divisions....then this man will have been the greatest fighter of my life time, bar none.

Many say Barrerra and Morales were past their prime and the Marquez fights were not convincing. the fight with Diaz, who is Diaz? De Lahoya, or was that Dela Hoya?

Also Morales beat him once, although I think the result would have been different if it wasn't for the headbutt that caused a very distracting cut.

There was an article about how pacquiao will become ATG#1...If he beats Hatton, PBF, then take on SSM..And if he wins all 3 and take the belt in WW, Pac will become the greatest since no one has achieve this coming from flyweight....Achievable BUT very very very DIFFICULT!!!

I'm afraid this might not happen, the difficulty of the tasks you mentioned and the possibility of him becoming a full time politician. If he chooses to be a part time boxer,, just how effective will he be? His career will come to an end soon I believe. He plans to retire from boxing and Bob Arum is wanting him to fight Cotto before any of the names you mentioned.

I would. His best wins are over shot legends. Both his fights with Marquez were really loses. But i rate Marquez as an ATG so someone who can make things so close and exciting with him gets my respect.

Manny's definitely an ATG, coming in ten or so places below Juan Manuel Marquez

Those are the best opposition available when Pac came in...all started young, and almost of same age. (not a 10 yr difference like some make it to be) The results can be argued, depends on which side you're on.

A current ATG, and still fighting. Only place to go now is down, and until he loses ..he's staying on top.
