It's weird because Pac is punching harder at 147 than he did at 135 and Floyd obviously punched a little harder at 135:huh

There would have been a faster pace, more punches thrown, more combinations from both sides, etc.. Floyd wins anywhere from 130lbs up to Heavyweight.

I would enjoy seeing Pac knock Void out at any weight.

Why do you say that? Because of Hatton at 140? That was a tailor made job. Pac couldn't take out DLH at welter and he couldn't take out Cotto. But his only fight at 135 he actually did take out Diaz, which tells me Pac's prime punching power is 135-140 not 147. Of course there's also the question of styles and chins, but what we do no is. Ko at 135, ko at 140, 2 tko's at 147.

Pac probably done most damage at 147 but his best fights were definitely around 135 and under. Morales, Barrera and Marquez. He was faster and more aggressive but had less power as in the first fights the Mexicans were walking through his shots even though they did eventually pay for it.

Now Pacquiao is much less aggressive than before and more tactical. Probably unfitter but he stands out more because he kept some of his speed and his speed is a lot more superior to WW speed.

Though at 135 I think Floyd beats pac. Floyd was fast, sharp and more aggressive back then... probably a better boxer in general that's when he was p4p king and people like Corralles, Gatti he made very easy work of them with his skill and countering.

Nt sure at 135 Floyd liked to mix it up alot more could be his undoing. I think his style now will off set Pac more and he wins now but then is tough

Also neither guy displayed one punch power at 135 it probably goes to the later rounds

Much less, since Pacquiao still wasn't fantastic against Diaz. Only in his last 3 fights has he really come on. It wouldn't have been as meaningful.

Well it makes sense for Pac not to hit as hard at 147, so it seemed weird because that Hatton ko was devastating. The Cotto stoppage didn't happen so quickly because Pac is smaller- i think.

i think at 135 Floyd would be more succeptible to lose because he opened himself up a lot more and with the style that Manny has it could cause Floyd big problems if he opened up and was as aggressive as he was.

Now though...he will just outbox and outsmart Pac to a cautious UD....maybe stun him with a couple punches.

Pac beats Floyd handily at 135.

The only reason its such a toss-up at 147 is that Pac has maxed out as a very small WW while PBF hasn't. At 135 he was a monster and he would be the same size as PBF. Easy money.
