no way, at 135 pac in my opinion was a good/very good boxer. mayweather was a world class boxer by time he was at 135 and he would knock out pacquaio in my opinion

at 147 pac has improved so much, its like he is a totally different boxer, his best chance is at 147 to beat mayweather

I aint so sure mate, pac at 135 did not have the finished tools he has at 147, especially in relation to his intelligence when applying pressure and unleashing combo/angle punches at the same time

what makes you think he didn't have it?

He only had 1 fight at 135 and it was a total massacre.

Jim Lampley "The speed and skill of Manny PAcquiao is amazing to behold."

Manny Steward "Pacquiao is doing everything and moving and twisting and pivoting and turning all while he's punching."

Pac at 135 was p4p stronger, bigger, faster, and just as skilled as he is today. Mayweather struggled with Castillo, won a lackluster decision over Sosa, and then thrashed NDou.

Pac at 135 was in his prime. And he only weighed 138 when he destroyed Hatton. He would beat Mayweather handily.
