Would you favour ANY Klitschko victim to go 12 with prime Iron Mike?

Mitch Greene went 10. Most of the people (there were very few) that went the distance with prime Tyson did so because they were in the ring to survive, tieing up running and clinching at every oppertunity while losing every single round.

When Wlad goes 12 with someone it's because he runs ties up and clinches, not them

 

How i see it too, Wladimir has also been pretty consistent through his 15 year long career, Tyson wasn't able to compete with the top dogs after 10-12 years..

 

Danny Williams was a Klitschko victim, tho he didnt go 12 rounds with Tyson. He just KTFO'd Tyson in only four rounds.

Tyson fought very few fighters who would be near the top of the rankings if they were fighting today. Holmes obviously would be, but he was semi-retired when he fought Tyson so you can hardly count him.

 

Prime Tyson went 10 or 12 with some pretty below average fighters.......

 

Vaughn Bean, Puritty, Timo Hoffmann (3 iron chinned guys)
Ibragimov (iron chinned plus technical skills)
Chagaev maybe.
maybe Chambers,Sam Peter and Chris Byrd.
btw Tyson couldnt even get Bonecrusher Smith and James Tillis out of there.

 

Prime Mercer maybe. Wlad fought another version of Mercer: 40+, after neck surgery, hepatisis B and alcohol problems.

 

Easy answer. No. The version of Mercer that fought Klitschko wouldn't last the distance with Tyson. The likes of Briggs, Haye, and Chisora would get banged out early...most of them would, actually.

 

No one can go 12 with Prime Tyson. With that bobbin' and weavin'? Get the **** outta here.
