If you were a normal sized WW like say Floyd, Cotto, Mosley, Berto etc.

Would you be stupid enough to fight a 6"1 WW for average money???????

    I wouldnt

What type of fighter am I? A Mosley or a journeyman? A lot of questions need to be answered before I take on such a risk.

I acknowledge that he does make weight, comfortably. The question is would you take such a risk with all the physical disadvantages in addition ot the fact that he is very skilled and could probably beat you if you were the same size. Or do you just fight a normal sized WW?? I know what I'd do

PW is the best WW, shame he's being ducked. Now you are trying to justify the ducking by saying he's too big.

    Lmao

I don't think any current welterweight should get critisized for not fighting Paul Williams, he's just too much of a freak of nature for any current 147 pounder to deal with right now.

yeah if i was pernell whitaker in prime and i'd win a solid ud or if i was tommy hearns i'd knock him the **** out. But todays welters i aint sure, i think if mosley fought his best fight he'd have an excellent chance but he'd need paying well.

Williams is being ducked by the whole WW division. What's even worse there seems to be little out cry at least here on ESB most here just don't care. Which is a shame especially since he says it's his best weight.

That seriously doesnt make any sense at all...I've never heard so many fans ***** and moan about a fighter being so tall for a weight division.

And to answer your question...If he's the going to bring me the best pay check avaliable...then yes, he gets the fight.

I bet you didnt ***** and moan to see Chico fighting at LW now did...He is rather tall to be a lightweight now isnt he?:huh What about Hearns...Wasnt he rather tall to fight in the Welterweight according to your logic?

So why is that his fault...Shouldnt you blame the God for making him a freak of nature?:rofl:rofl I mean he makes the weight comfortablely so why should he get critizied for fighting at WW?

For the most part there's an understanding amongst most boxing fans that if your one of the current welterweights that you won't get critisized for not fighting Williams, the man is a beast plain and simple, I would pick him over anyone from welterweight to middleweight.
