    he can't get the big fights at WW and so he has to move up to stay busy... Then dumbasses like you ask why he doesn't stay at WW and compete there?

    Is this thread still alive? Damn. Why not just create another one called "Would you take a tough fight if you didn't have to?"

    Seriously, this must be a windup as any boxing fan that condones ducking tough fights because the other fighter has a physical advantage (speed/power/reach/chin/whatever) can't really enjoy what makes the sport interesting.

    I'm a dumb ass? You're just a ****ing ******ed blind Williams nuthugger. If he wants to fight guys like Mosley, Clottey, etc, than he needs to stay committed in one weight division. He could fight Berto or even a mandatory to let the other champions know that he isn't moving up in weight. And how the **** do you know that the other welterweight champions are scared of Williams?
