Would you give Vic a better chance against Mijares if he'd have taken out Donaire...

Im made up that Vic won , not just for him but the Aussie fight fans as well, what with Mundines antics recently (class of opponent ) and that Hamed wannabe Dib the other week , Australian boxing needed this win to restore its worldwide rep , :good

To answer some of my questions here...it looks like Vic came back much stronger and more determined after the KO loss to Donaire, with a hell of a lot of confidence. His approach has changed because his defence improved and he fought much more intelligently, showing great tactical flexibility, versatility and genius, but it hasn't made him more cautious at all! He was certainly not wreckless, but not cautious either. The best of both worlds...He didn't feel he had to fight in a way that would prove anything, except how damned great a fighter he was, and he sure as hell did that! Vic didn't even have to rely on Mijares trading to win the fight. He outboxed him when he had to, took away everything Mijares had, imposed his gameplan and style on him in a very dominant way and looked the much better fighter.

Very, very impressive performance. The more I consider it, the more impressed I am!

    :happy :happy :happy :happy :happy

You Aussies should be so proud to have a guy who put in probably the best performance of the year....:deal
