He's on a better winning streak than almost every opponent Mayweather or Pacquiao have ever fought has been on entering their fight. He's got a great resume and has proven to be one of the very best W's out their at welterweight.

I don't think Mayweather would have much chance of a stoppage. Guerrero showed whiskers against Aydin n Berto. Anyone against the fight I would be curious to see the prioritizing of acceptable WW's more than Guerrero.

 

What is he going to do? UD Floyd? Not a snowball's chance in hell of that happening. KO Floyd? Ha! No it is a **** fight IMO. Do I want to see it? Kind of I guess, but I'd rather see Sergio or Canelo.

 

I didn't have a problem with it before. Mayweather owes sod all to anybody, as far as who he wants to fight. He can do whatever he wants. This would just make it a better win. That's all. I wouldn't pay for it, by any means, but I don't do PPV, anyway. I would be happy Guerrero gets the big pay day. I'd find a Bradley/Guerrero fight infinitely more interesting though. :conf

Pac and Martinez? dont be naive, those matches will never happen

Canelo? He's still untested at the top level and certainly has done a lot less than Guerrero to deserve the match

Tim Bradley? Pacquiao leftover, featherfisted, boring, no fanbase.

Guerrero has no fanbase either, but as a mexican who speaks english perfectly, he could be quite marketable for a fight in Cinco de Mayo

So no, I have no problem with Guerrero at all

Canelo has some impressive tools and he certainly would be a challenge for Mayweather physically wise, but he's still too green fighting at the top level.

Guerrero brings experience, a decent skill set, lots of physical and mental toughness, and seems to grow everytime he steps up the competition

Either match would be good tbh, and it's hard to tell who would be the better opponent. (Business wise is obviously Canelo)

 

UD Win for Mayweather, he is the more Superior Fighter than Guerrero.
Mayweather has the advantage in speed and is a smarter fighter.
