I don't think I would. People think they'd just get hit, and be unconcious. I'm about 5'6, 170. I'm pretty solid, and take a good punch, but I wouldn't rule out if a 230 pd freak of nature cracks my skull....I couldn't be paralyzed, or dead.
1 million isn't worth taking a chance of being in a wheelchair the rest of your life, or taking many many years off your life, or of course death. Maybe if I were near his size I'd do it, but weighing 60 pounds less...I do believe I'd be quite messed up no matter how long the fight lasted.
