that's fair enough, and if it turns out to be nothing... Margo could sue the socks off of HBO for reporting it. But that why everybody is reacting, because HBO reported it during the fight, I mean surely they aren't stupid enough to report something this BIG if it were not true.

 

1. No. The proof is in the pudding, we don't need him to admit it after being caught. It is safe to say he's been cheating all along.

2. Margarito doesn't have a legacy, and his memory will fade even quicker now that he's been exposed as a cheater.

3. Who needs his apology? Mosley is a grown man, a professional, and has already beaten Margarito into submission. It is questionable as to why he would even give a **** about getting an apology from Margarito.

I'm a believer in the second chance and therefore I'm against imposing lifetime ban. Simply put such sanction that he will be forced to return all of the profits from the fights were he used illegal wrap.

Exactly. There is NO evidence that Margarito did this in other fights, and no evidence at this point that he even knew what was in his wraps, if anything.

 

If you take a look at the broadcast, Lampley chose his words carefully......they did'nt come out and say that without a doubt that Margarito had been called redhanded......just about everything Lampley said were things like "it appeared" ........


......but I do think that if Margarito is found to be innnocent, he should go after HBO for the flavor they put on the topic and for soiling his reputation.
I guarantee you that a full commision report could well find the wraps to have contained nothing illegal........but you'll still see bafoons in forums like this everywhere for years to come calling Margarito a cheat.

They're still calling Trinidad a cheat......and the only thing that happened with Trinidad was that Nazim did'nt like the steps and the procedure that Tito used with using the guaze and tape that they're allowed to use.

They're accusing Margarito of using plaster just because Nazim said it so......and btw, Nazim used the same wording to the commision when he made Tito re-wrap.....he said, "that the way Trinidad was wrapping his hands with the guaze and tape, could form a plasterlike feel to the wraps.

I'm getting the feeling that Nazim is shitting about the same thing about Margarito, but HBO is reporting that they found plaster like substance in Margarito's gloves!

If Margarito is exhonerated, a shitload or people on this board owe him an apology......an apology that I highly doubt he will get!
