Margarito's old enough to know the difference. Anyone involved is as accountable as the next guy. Margarito is the one who is taking the fall, and of course he should, so he should have not let it go on.

Pointless. Such a sanction would mean he wouldn't come out and admit it. I am sure most people care less about fan approval than they do about supporting themselves/their families. Just a fact of life. Secondly, you can't retroactively go prove things of which the evidence is long gone.

    Red handed with what?

One team says gauze, the other team says an illegal wrapping and a doctor who LIKENED it to POP.

For the purpose of this arguement who are we supposed to believe.

Or do we hang him now.

God help the poor ****s that get you lot as Jurors(If they are that unlucky)

If this was the case, I'd only respect him slightly more for admitting what he did. The damage is done. Tampering with your gloves is a disgusting act with an ugly history in boxing. He'll still be one of my most despised boxers.

Again, that's if this is the case. But judging by the statements of Margarito's trainer, it doesn't look good at all.

The commission said there was a hard substance and his own man is admitting there was an inappropriate hardening in the wraps.

Given that obvious bull**** excuse, it definitely doesn't look good.

If he really did cheat and this was the only time he tried it, I don't think he should be permanently banned, and possibly could be "forgiven" at some point if he redeems himself (after all, Mosley admitted to cheating and look at how highly people view him now).

But if Margo has done this in the past and fighters have gotten hurt as a result, he should be banned from the sport, and I'd like to see his ass sued into oblivion. Imagine if he really did have "rock hands" against Cotto or Cintron, look at how he took their titles and possibly ruined their careers.

I'd have more respect as long as it was the full truth...
