Mir's not going to get near the title for the foreseeable future, as once Cain returns he'll fight the JDS-Carwin winner, plus Dana was not impressed by Mir's performance vs Nelson and said afterwards that Mir is not in the title picture. Mir and Browne are both free now, having fought on the same bill there. Would you be interested in this fight? :bbb
Not the most impressive fight Ive seen, but Mir's use of the knee's against Nelson was very clever. Obviously a major flaw in Roy's game, with that belly and all. But yeah, would be an ok fight I guess, nothing else there for Mir atm
Yeah it's a decent enough heavyweight fight. Like Stoo said, Frank's not in the title picture so he might as well mix it with an up and coming fighter. It'll show what he's still got left.
Good shout. Mir needs to get back in the cage and improve. He needs to lose weight and improve his cardio.
