Would you pick any Lightweights to beat Tommy Hearns?

    It was a case where one great beats another great by not allowing him to do what he does best. Hagler did not allow Hearns to do what he did best. Tactically it happens. Even style matchups.

    No lightweight in history survive Hearns. I can't think of one lightweight who moved up in weight successfully that would be around by the 10thrd with Hearns at welter.

    Yeah, Hearns is the absolute worst style match up for Duran and probably nukes him 8 times out of 10 and wins decisions in the other two.

    Somewhere between slim and none IMO. Duran would always lose their first match. IRL he didn't take Hearns all that seriously. ANd he really needed to.

    I don't favor anyone but Mosley, DLH and Floyd make it competitive.

    Hearns is a harder hitting Monzon, sounds risky to me
