I feel the Floyd v Pacman has now gone passed its sell by date. If it happened now I would expect a Floyd shut out points victory as Pacman has slipped whereas Floyd still looks invincible. However the other bouts are a challenge for him. Martinez has the size which would make it interesting, Alvarez is the young gun which could see the passing of the mantle. Chavez is a class below but is far bigger in size, has the name and it would be the 6th weight for Floyd. All 3 fights now appeal to me now more than Pacman If you put Pacman in against the 3 it would be interesting again, and still more appealing to me than a bout against Floyd
Chavez? if he's fighting someone that big I'd rather he fought Ward. I think Floyd beats them all but Martinez could give him the hardest fight of anyone right now.
I agree that Pacquiao - Mayweather has lost much of it's attraction, but Chavez? GTFO! Pacquiao is still the best fight out there. Martinez would be outclassed IMO
I would like that Floyd and Pac have career threatening injuries. Neither deserve to make money from us either longer.
Would prefer Floyd Vs Sergio over all of them. Floyd would easily beat the no.1 middleweight and it would do more for him IMO. Pacqiuao would be more of a 'name' win at this stage IMO.
Pac is no longer a threat. He looked horrible vs Mosley and lost against JMM. He did very well in decapitating fighters who engage him but he has deterioated as a come forward fighter.
I'd prefer Floyd vs Martinez. After the Bradley fight, win or lose, I'd like to see Pac vs JMM IV, then Manny call it quits.
FFS Colin, i seen a new thread by you and automatically thought it was Saturday and was off tomorrow. Then i realised it was Tuesday and have to work another 3 days.
Alvarez would be worth a watch but although its interesting to see who'd win , I couldnt think of many fights I think would be more boring than floyd martinez.
